CCTA-P-Research On Create System Of Green Hotels Based On J Hotel

Founding green hotels has become an inevitable trend and choice in the development of hotels industry. Building and development of Green hotels can not only bring new economic benefits and social benefits for hotels, but also can promote the hotel's competitive advantage, and achieve the sustainable development of the hotels.This article through introduction of the green hotels'development, present situation and tendency, analysis to related concepts and standards of green hotels, and study of related hotel management theory, combining with PDCA Cycle Management method and the case of J Hotel, sets up CCTA-P create system. In the system, green hotels can though building green enterprise culture, the establishment and the use of scientific management and control system, widespread adoption of green technology, establishment of assessment mechanism to afford the green products. Finally, the hotel has also need combinative oneself is actual, more ways, long-term "Creating Green ", and the construction of the government, consumers, social external support system to ensure " Creating Green" work.Hope that through green hotel work study of this paper, can give reference and guidance to more hotel in Gansu Province in creating the green hotel, improve value-added of the green services and products, not only can achieve coordinated development of economic benefit and social benefit, and environmental benefits in one hotel, but also can promote transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry structure and format structure.
