The Research Between Green Innovation Capability And The Alignment Of Green IS And GSCM

Advocating green innovation,enhance the ability of sustainable development has become Chinese enterprises current ecological governance and the new normal state of the inevitable choice.Green innovation will help macro-ecological and environmental improvement,and contributes to upgrading and transformation of new normal industry.In practice,organization usually improves innovation capability by the introduction or development of some specific green innovation activities.While the Green Information System and Green Supply Chain Management are two important ways and methods for green innovation.The application of information system not only simple or independent activities,it also associates with other activities,such as green supply chain management practices.Therefore the effective integration of green information and green supply chain management,on the one hand helps improve the green innovation capability,on the other hand helps improve the environmental quality and the effective of corporate environmental strategy.This study focus on analyze the effects of green information system and green supply chain management on innovation capability.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all,literature review the related concepts and research,including green information system,green supply chain management,green innovation capability,environmental performance,green alignment.Secondly,proposed the theory model and related hypothesis of this study based on the existing research,in addition,design the questionnaire of this research on the basis of existing mature scale.Thirdly,collecting data in the form of questionnaires,and using the collected data for descriptive statistic analysis,then checking the reliability of each construct.What's more,using smart PLS analyze the model and validate hypothesis.Finally,discuss the research results and explore the future research directions.The results show that,the green information system has a significant positive impact on green alignment,although has no significant effect on green product innovation capability and green process innovation capability,it affects both green product innovation capability and green process innovation capability through green alignment,the green alignment plays a mediating role.What's more,the green supply chain management significantly affects green process innovation capability,and has a significant impact on environment performance by green process innovation capability.In addition green alignment significantly affects both green product innovation capability and green process innovation capability,and green alignment indirectly affects environment performance by green product innovation capability or green process innovation capability.In addition,both green product innovation capability and green process innovation capability have directly effect on environmental performance.This study plays an important role in promoting the theoretical research and practice of green alignment and green innovation capability.And this research has guiding significance for the green innovation activities of enterprises,protecting environment and maintaining the sustainable development.
