Establishment And Implementation Of Promotion Strategies Of Operation Management Of Se Ning Lan Gas Transportation Pipe Line Company

In the recent years, natural gas has becoming more and more important in the energy structure in China, thus the construction of the long distance pipeline was developed greatly. According to the average proportion of natural gas in the worldwide energy structure, natural gas could still have a large potential increase in the Chinese energy structure. The long distance pipeline is the safest, the most efficient and economical manner for the natural gas transportation. In the future, the large increase of the requirement of the long distance pipeline will challenge its operation management system. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to develop some advanced management theories to promote the operation management of the long distance natural gas pipeline.In the paper, the current situation of operation management of the long distance pipeline in the Se Ning Lan Gas Transportation Pipe Line Company was reviewed and the corresponding disadvantages in the current management system were analyzed. With the practical operation management of the long distance pipeline in the the Se Ning Lan Gas Transportation Pipe Line Company, the advanced management theories, such as the science management, the project management and the equipment engineering management, were adopted to optimize and improve the local production and operation management. The corresponding optimizing schemes mainly focus on the reconstruction and improvement of the local management system, the improvement of the reconstructive projects, the building of the informational system and the construction of the management team.
