Security products market first appears in China at the end of 1980s. During more than two decades associate with China's economy development security products industry has grow up. It have tremendous advance in technology application market maturity fields.In current satiation China's security products industry advance and develop in a high speed. Since China have an internal unbalance economy development as well as the multination population case the domestic culture difference. China's security products market diverse in four regions:northern region central region southern region and northwest/southwest region. Among these four regions southern region have the largest market share in China. So its market strategy is a subject matter needs to be studied.This paper is base on the Classic strategic management theory Core competence theoryGames theory and Edge competition theory. And rely on HY group's key characteristics. This paper also use Porter five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis and conduct China southern region market research and competitor research to provide the suggestion of HY group's southern region market strategic. Meanwhile the paper also provides solution to make sure the market strategic success.This paper is not only for HY group but also provide suggestion on market research for other security products enterprise.
