A Study On The Performance Evaluation In The Integration Of Coal Resources In Shanxi

As a big coal province, Shanxi province should adjust the effectiveness of coal industry to realize the interaction of the whole province. It is useful to analyze the integration influence factors in the process of coal resources, establish the performance evaluation index system of coal enterprise, evaluation model and evaluation standard, and select some of the typical coal enterprise to evaluate the performance of them. The main points are as follows:First, this paper analyzes the influential factors of the performance of coal enterprises which progress coal resources integration in combination with the related theory of management. On the basis of the formal research, it selected suitable evaluation method and constructing the performance evaluation index system in the process of coal resources integration;Second, it selected 15 representative coal enterprises of Shanxi, analyzed the data from 2004 to 2009 empirically, and finally obtained the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the selected enterprises;Third, according to the result of the empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the variable factors of the scale benefits and technical benefits from resource integration process and the achievements and existing problems, and then it discusses the influential factors which affecting the performance of enterprises and improvement measures, and put forward some suggestions for the development of coal enterprise resource integrating.
