| Since the British government issued the Energy White Paper, putting forward the concept of low-carbon economy, low-carbon economy is becoming more and more important in all counties. In recent years, low-carbon economy is to enter the world's life,and become a new model of economic development in some countries. The coal enterprise faces difficulty because of its extensive operation mode under the background of low-carbon economy, the implementation of resource integration is an effective measure to improve the competitiveness of coal enterprise and realize the sustainable development of coal enterprise. Analyzing the performance of coal enterprise resource integration scientifically and rationally has become an important issue for many decision makers.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to systematically study the performance evaluation of coal enterprise resource integration based on low-carbon economy background.According the "theory of a model of an empirical conclusion" of the overall thinking,this paper has undergone deep research on the above-mentioned problem. Firstly, using the method of literature research sorted out the relevant research result at home and abroad,mastered the relevant research trends at home and abroad. Secondly, defined the concept of low carbon economy, resource integration, performance appraisal, analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the coal enterprise resource integration performance appraisal under the low-carbon economy background. On this basis, combined the characteristics of coal enterprises, constructed the performance appraisal index system.Besides, established the performance appraisal model of coal enterprise by catastrophe progression method and carried the empirical research under low-carbon economy. Finally,to improve the coal enterprise resource integration performance, put forward available suggestions from economic, ecological and social aspect. |
