| Career management is an important aspect in the human resources development & management. An organization can effectively manages its human resources or not depends on whether it can better understand the staff's career development needs, and whether it can help employees to manage their own careers effectively. In the current era of knowledge-based economy, the quality of employee has been improved generally, working methods and working contents have changed greatly, and the influence of psychological factors on employees'behaviors and attitudes becomes more and more obviously. It is not enough for tissues to manage and encourage employees just relying on the economic contract. They still need to focus on the important role of the psychological contract in human resources management.The psychological contract is the tie between the organization and staff. The organization can ensure organization members'enthusiasm and loyalty by maintaining the psychological contract. According to the employees'psychological contract changes in different career development stages, organization manages their career developmental management and keeps the dynamic balance between them.It is advantageous to realize staff personal career goal, and is helpful to improve the staff's loyalty and organization's competitive ability, thereby ensure the organization's human resources can effectively work for the organization's long-term development. So the psychological contract combining with the organization's career management will perfect HRM system, maintain the organization's long-term stable development, and achieve the organization's strategic objectives in an effective way.Based on the study on the psychological contract and career management, my paper discusses the relationship between the psychological contract and career management, divides the career development stage on the basis of the psychological contract type, fully engages the psychological contract of EAR cycle to career management, and constructs the career management model from the psychological contract Angle. In the end my paper gives suggestions for organization on how to manage career from the psychological contract Angle, and emphasizes that organization should pay attention to the psychological contract of employees in career management and implement management on the basis of psychological contract for improving the efficiency of career management. |
