Study On The Problem Of Industrial Structure Upgrading Of Inner Mongolia

30 years of reform and opening up,Inner Mongolia has maded remarkable achievements in the economy.The one hand,economic output is growing,on the other hand is accompanying the adjustment of economic structure constantly,especially in the industrial structure optimization and upgrading constantly.However,if the in-depth analysis you will see,despite the industrial structure optimization and upgrading has been achieved initial success,but the overall level remains low.In the inner of every industry,unreasonable of structure is still exist.Can be said that structural contradictions have become a constraint in our region a key factor in economic development,thus upgrading the industrial structure seems more realistic urgency.This paper is based on the concept definition and the summary of the theories of industry,industrial structure,and the upgrading of the industrial structure. It reviewed the industrial structure evolution process of Inner Mongolia since the policy of reform and opening up,and it believed that the three strata industrial structure of Inner Mongolia has a long distance conversion from heavy industry as a leading to service industry as a leading.The problem of ecological deterioration,environmental pollution and waste of resources situation has not been changed fundamentally.Agricultural surplus labor transfer situation is not optimistic,and the ability of absorbing employment service has not been fully brought into play. This article made it a case and analysis the upgrade of the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia. Using industry economics theory,historical analysis,statistical analysis,start with analyzing the internal structure of each industry situation,and discuss the three strata of industrial structure of upgrading direction and implementation strategies of Inner Mongolia.It researches the situation of the three strata industrial structure of Inner Mongolia comprehensively and systematic,and find out the deep problem.It puts forward suggestion of the upgrade of the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia which suits the actual situation of our district. The conclusion of this article is that in order to realize the upgrading of the industrial structure,we must try our best to do the primary industry best,make the secondary industry stronger, and make the tertiary industry large,and promote economic growth simple rely on the secondary industry change to rely on all of the industry cooperating with.
