Research On The Influences Of FDI On The Independent Innovation Of Industrial Enterprises In Guangdong Province

As the world's largest FDI inflows country, China has to face on changing economic development and Western developed countries blockade and monopoly of core technology in the time of low-carbon economy. Chinese enterprises capabilities of independent innovation abilities improved will directly determine our strategies of building an innovation-oriented country to achieve success. From the experiences of all over the world, enterprises are the main part of self-innovation. In the 100 years, the world's technologies which are played a decisive role in economic development almost entirely from companies. 21st century will be relying on technological innovation to achieve sustainable development; society will be adapted to the requirements of the times only relying on technological innovations.The enterprises of Guangdong Province was growing in the waves of the knowledge economy, they have their own core competencies in an increasingly competitive environment to survive. Capacity for independent innovation is the core competitiveness of the enterprises. The formation and development stage of capacity for independent innovation is a certain special requirements of enterprises. Also it is the key to sustainable development ability of the business. Therefore, how to follow a path of independent innovation in such a complex environment has become a very important issue. Reforming in Guangdong Province as a "pilot" model, can take the leading in independent innovation capability of enterprises increased significantly, it is also able to determine China's future strategies in direction of innovation-oriented country.In this paper, it is expressed both in theoretical and empirical studies on the influences of FDI on the independent innovation of industrial enterprises in Guangdong Province. First, conducting the theoretical analysis on the basis of past studies on FDI situation in Guangdong Province; secondly, conducting the empirical analysis and establishing theoretical model in the case of FDI basic situation in Guangdong Province; finally, conclusion the economic explanation of the reasons for Guangdong enterprises based on empirical analysis. Making recommendations accordingly in improve the positive impact of innovation and to reduce the negative effects of FDI inflows in Guangdong Province to promote FDI in to form a virtuous cycle effectively.
