Study Of The Interaction Between Economic Center's Function And Producer Service Industry Cluster

With the development of world economic integration, the global economy has entered a fast development lane. In the process of economic development of countries, the development model is widely used which is concluding one or several economic centers and the area around it. It has been proved that the economic center plays a great part in the development of the economic circle. Economic center functions become decisive factors in the development of an economic cycle. At the same time, service has become the leading industries of national economy in many cities. As the main of services, producer services play an increasingly important role in regional economic development, which can enhance the growth pole function, agglomeration function, diffusion function, innovation function, demonstration function and other integrated services and the industrial competitive ability of the economical circle. The centralized development of producer services, including finance, insurance, telecommunications, leasing, technical services, is necessary for functions of economic center. It is also the basic demand of the economic centre that promoting the centralized development of producer services. The functioning of the economic center and the centralized development of producer service interact with each other and they combine to affect the overall development of the economic cycle. The economic Circle of the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta Economic Circle and Bohai Economic Rim ,whose economic center is Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing, Tianjin, have proved the fact and the discipline。Tianjin, as the economic center of north area, has earned obvious results with the help of the services.This paper includes five parts. The first part is introduction, which is introducing the background, significance, researching ideas and framework. The second part is the theory overview of the producer service and the enhancement of the function of economic center. This part provides us the related concepts. The third part describes the law between the centralized development of producer services and the function of the economic centre. The forth part is the analysis of the current development of Tianjin producer services and the function of the North Economic Centre. This part analysises the current development of Tianjin and Bohai Economic Rim, and at last it provides the strategy to promote developing Tianjin and enhance the connection between the economic center's function and the centralized development of producer services. The last part is the conclusion. The part extracts and summarizes the conclusions of this paper.
