Research On The Development Of Cultural Tourism In Baodi District, Tianjin

Culture is the soul of tourism. Tourism is the carrier of culture. They are mutualintegration, complement and inseparable each other. The twenty-first Century is theera of knowledge economy. The mainstream and highlight global tourismdevelopment will be the cultural tourism. In China, cultural tourism is respected bythe vast number of tourists because of its unique cultural connotation and thespecial cultural atmosphere.Tourism industry has become a most vigorous new onein economic and social development in the new century.Baodi district,Tianjin has a long history, gathering of talents, with the quantity,high grade and the more distinctive features cultural tourism resources. It is verysuitable for the development of cultural tourism activities. In recent years, BaodiDistric has given full play to their own advantages and made the cultural tourismdeveloped vigorously.And now, Baodi tourism has begun to take shape with initialresults. But it is still at the primary stage at the present. Many cultural tourismresources have not been fully developed and utilized. Cultural tourism industry hasnot brought a corresponding tourism income to Baodi. The author thinks that it hasbecome an increasingly important topic to in-depth and develop the excavation ofBaodi cultural tourism potential resources and build Baodi characteristic culturetourism with more and more attention.In this thesis, research on the development of cultural tourism in Baodi District,Tianjin, based on lots of field investigation, data analysis with the research methodsof qualitative and quantitative analysis. This thesis first analyzes the researchbackground and purpose, makes clear the research thought and the method,determines the research content and frame structure. And then it introduces the theoryof cultural tourism development and the successful experiences in developing culturaltourism at home and abroad. At last, it conducts a series of mining, collation,analysis, evaluation and the SWOT analysis to Baodi cultural tourism resources,provides the development plan of Baodi cultural tourism resources. In a word, miningdevelopment of cultural tourism resources in Baodi can enhance the quality and level of it fundamentally, promote the Baodi District Tourism sustained, healthy,rapid and long-term development.
