Research On ERP Implementation And Management Of H Company

ERP system is guided under the integration of management,integrated theresources that company owned and controlled to make a new system. Compared withthe original enterprise system,it's function match each other,the overall functionemerging and achieved a high degree of coordination. It's implementation andmanagement is a systematic project and strategic initiatives,who is a long complexand will affect all aspects .Our China's implementation of ERP is not optimistic。Recently,the study of ERPin and abroad mostly from the implementation and methods to research how to ensureits success。However,the study of optimal management after its implementation isless。The author think that our country's ERP management are not perfect,especiallythat the enterprises lack of a clear idea and control approach after ERP on line.This paper mainly from system theory and integration theory,combined withsynergetics and the continuous optimization to research and study ERP system. UsingEUIA cycle optimization model to evaluate and analyze ERP's performance in allaspects ,to further promote the enterprise information system and better integrate theenterprise system ,so we can make the company develop continuously. This papermake ERP's implementation and management as object,research work as follows:During the research the original ERP management and integration process ,clearlyreflects that the implementation of ERP system is a business enterprise to break theoriginal steady stage,rise the view of integrate management and continuousoptimization. Then make the ERP implementation and management evaluation systemwith scorecard approach. What's more,the author make H company for example toperformance evaluation ,analyze the evaluation results. Based on this theory,manyproposal and suggestion are given to enterprise's management and enterprise systemupgrade. Aiming that in the information construction of our China's company ,we can make less fault,fast to see the benefits.
