Marxist Perspective Of Ecological Civilization To Research The Cyclic Economy Development In Rural Areas Of Fujian Province

Since the reform and opening up, China's rural economy has been gaining rapid growth, agricultural gross product has increased by a large margin and people's living standard has also been significantly improved. However, it should be noted that, along with economic development, resource and environmental problems in rural areas are getting worse and worse, and become obstacles to the sustainable development in rural areas. The proposal of cyclic economy points out a way for the development of rural economy. As a new model of economic development, cyclic economy can effectively solve resource and environmental problems in rural areas. Thus, the cyclic economy in China is widely used in rural areas. But it should also be noted that although the cyclic economy is widely used in rural areas, due to the existence of the dual social structure, there are various problems in the development of cyclic economy. On account of this, this article will do research in the development of cyclic economy in rural areas of Fujian Province. This article will adopt Marxist perspective of ecological civilization to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of cyclic economy in Fujian rural areas via SWOT analysis based on the cyclic economic development in Fujian rural areas. And then the article will put forward strategies to deal with the cyclic economic development in Fujian rural areas.The main contents of this article include the following five aspects:PartⅠ: Firstly, the background and significance of this study are described, and the necessity of rural development of cyclic economy is manifested. Then the systematic sorting of the state of research home and abroad about the development of cyclic economy is made. Meanwhile, the research methods, technical routes, unique features and innovations of this article are briefly stated..PartⅡ: First of all, some scholars'definitions of ecological civilization and cyclic economy are listed. The author will put forward his personal opinions through the analysis of these definitions. At the same time, the "3R" principles of cyclic economy are interpreted. Then, the concept of ecological civilization of Marx, Deng Xiaoping's thinking of ecological civilization, the requirements in the construction of ecological civilization in the frame of the concept of scientific development will be illustrated and a summary about the concept of ecological civilization of Marx will be made. Finally, the necessity of applying the concept of ecological civilization of Marx to the development of cyclic economy in Fujian rural areas will be analyzed.PartⅢ: The situation of the development of cyclic economy in agriculture, industry and social life in Fujian rural areas is summarized.PartⅣ: A comprehensive analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of cyclic economy in Fujian rural areas via SWOT analysis will be conducted.PartⅤ: On the basis of the previously mentioned studies, the way to develop the cyclic economy in Fujian rural areas under the guidelines of Marxist theories about ecological civilization will be suggested.
