Study On Moderate Investment Of Coal Industry In Xinjiang Based On System Dynamics

Coal is not renewable and clean. However,it is the most important resource to sustain the development of economic and is closely related to people ' life. Xinjiang is one of the most important places where coal stocks and the next place of the energy development. As the state pays attention to the energy development of Xinjiang, coal exploitation is on schedule. Many coal magnates have entered Xinjiang. A climax has been raised in coal exploitation.The investment of the coal industry is important to the exploitation of the coal. In order to study the scale of the investment of coal industry, we should take the demand for coal of the economic development ,the need for coal of the daily life of people the sustainable utilization of coal, the protection of the environment and the development of coal industry in Xinjiang. Considering the variety of factors which are influential to coal industry, we build the system dynamics model of coal industry in Xinjiang. After doing the theory and history test of the model, the model can be reproduced. In this paper, we propose four programs, benchmark program, expansive program, austerity program and sustainable development program. By the comparison and analysis of the different programs, we draw a conclusion which can support the later study of coal industry.
