Research On R&D Performance Evaluation Of High-Tech Industry

How to study effectively about R&D performance level of high-tech industry and evaluation methods to identify the current R&D management and performance evaluation of the existing main problems is the goal of this research. In this paper, comprehensive analysis of the current domestic and abroad for R&D performance evaluation method, and to analyze the domestic and foreign in the study of the fundamental differences, for the domestic R&D performance theory put forward by different methods and objective comparative analysis of various R&D evaluation method pros and cons. On this basis, to study how to better integration of high-tech industry R&D activities, characteristics, to establish an effective R&D performance evaluation system, with reality by reviewing written materials, statistical data, in the careful study based on the analysis, analysis, obtained for comparison of performance evaluation used in the current system, and were demonstrated, the final performance evaluation based on analysis of previous business process R&D problems and corresponding countermeasures. In this paper, literature research, comparative study and combination of the factual analysis has been used, the use of large amounts of data to establish the data model, using DEA and Malmquist index approach of combining research methods, combined qualitative and quantitative, and make research on R&D Performance Evaluation of high-tech industry in China.
