With the development of the automobile industry, the automobile market competition is increasing. The price war between companies is fierce and the profit margin of the whole car sales is substantially reduced. The quick times have become historical. At the same time, the automobile market competition has evolved into brands and service competition from the products and price competition.The world economy is a service-sale economy in the 21st century, great importance from manufacturing to service, which is a big change for our economy in structure upgrading. Now and future, After-service has become new hot of automobile companies to expand the market, occupy the share and improve market competition. The market change enable the automobile companies to make the problem of after-service to the primary level in the work of the current market.It is expected that the competition focus for the 21st century china's automobile industry will be transferred to the after-service. A scientific and rational selection of the after-service station address is the key to support the service sector in effective operation, and the core to the after-sale service system. Especially with the profit space of the automobile sales is narrowed, and the after-service space is broad, researching of the after-service location methods will be more realistic significance to improve the after-service system and enhance enterprises marketing competition.From our country after-service present situation, this article has analyzed the superiority,the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge of the after-service market with the SWOT analytic method, so as to find out the impact factors of our after-service station location. This article use an heuristic analysis to the current method of the major service station location such as a mathematical model, the heuristic, and use 0-1 planning method to make the location model, and by giving a example method, this article has introduced the Matlab soft to solve, which has a guide for the development of our country' automobile after-service market.
