Harbin success automobile service limited company which founded in 1990 was a all-around automobile service enterprise. After over ten years Success Company has developed into a large automobile service company which takes up more than 3000 square meters and can repair 1800 cars per month and has 15 advanced technicians. Harbin attached great importance to the repair quality and the comment of the customers and grew quickly. Now the Success Company has become one of the most outstanding automobile service companies in Heilongjiang.At first this paper introduces the basic situation of the Success Company. The business of Success Company include automobile repair, automobile spare part sales, after sale services and so on. The harbin government, harbin railway bureau, Heilongjiang TV station were all regular customers of Success Company. Then this paper gave the information of the difficulties of Success Company. The 4S stores and chain stores are competitor of Success Company. Thirdly the paper analyses the internal and external environment of Success Company. The external environment consists of economic environment, technology and so on. The internal environment consists of organization structure, human resource and so on. The strategy of Success Company was based on this information. The short term strategy was perfect the management of this company improves the efficiency; reduce the cost after the company moved to its new building. The long term strategy was raising the value of the name of Success Company and has some chain store in harbin. The chain stores in harbin were the foundation of the spread in all over the country.The second part analyses the case. Firstly was the analysis of the internal and external environment, and then use the method of SWOT to analyses the Success Company. The conclusion was the Success Company should seize the chance of moving to the new place and have the core competence to compete. Finally there were some suggestions for the implement of the strategy.
