The Research On Tourism Estate Operation Mode And Countermeasures

Tourist real estate involves fusion of tourism and real estate industry development. It is an important cut-in point and measures for developing economic,meeting the demand of market and improving urban management.The tourist real estate is the result of highly developed economy and improved living standard of people, and is a sunrise industry in the 21st century. With the improved living standard, more and more people choose tourist real estate products for their leisure tourism activities. the healthy development of real estate for tourism to the system by the economies of scale economic development mode change, plays a positive role in promoting tourism and real estate industry further integration of the two big industries, the benign interaction development also have an important meaning.The whole dissertation is composed of five parts:The first part of this dissertation is introduction related to research background and significance, and presented the theoretical and practical significance, then indicated the status of domestic and international tourist real estate, on this basis, described the content and innovation in this research.The second part is the review of theories and research, including concept,features,development history of tourist real estate and summary of development situation and its prospect. End of this part described the significance of development tourism in China real estate.The third part is the tourist real estate operating mode and case analysis, in this chapter firstly summarized two operating modes currently, and introduced the success of tourist estate development mode benchmark -OCT mode, then analyzed the core concept of OCT mode, finally better understood the operating characteristics of tourist real estate. The fourth part analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of tourist real estate operating mode and countermeasures, mainly of operating mode of two kinds of comparison, established innovation mode- the recycle of tourist real estate operating mode. Some suggestions are recommended base on the current problems of development of tourist real estate, including establishing perfect tourist estate development system, integrating tourism and real estate resources, strengthen the financial system construction and improve the tourist estate laws and regulations, explore the situation of creating suitable for development mode, enhance tourist real estate development enterprise management ability, keep tourism sustainable development, promote the real estate industry development, real estate management industry tourism attention brand construction, building marketing monitoring system, hope to article in measures of the development of real estate industry tourism inspirations.In fifth part is the conclusion and prospect is obtained through above the research conclusion, the future development of tourist real estate is also predicated, hope that in the analysis of tourism real estate for further exploration.
