Decorative ceiling fan products originated in the United States, has been popular in Europe and America area around more than half a century. In early 1980s, the production of decorative ceiling fans in China Taiwan region has reached a peak period. But in middle of 1990s, with the deepening reform and opening up in China mainland, continuesly expanding of foreign trade and the further liberalization of trading, the production of decorative ceiling fans had been gradually shifted from China Taiwan region to China mainland. Nowadays, most of decorative ceiling fans manufacturers are mainly located in the Pearl River Delta area, and most of the related supply chains are also concentrated in the area, which makes the industrial chain of decorative ceiling fans to be smoothly operated.S company is a large private enterprise specialized in manufacturing and sales decorative ceiling fan products in the Pearl River Delta region. Like other decorative ceiling fans companies, S company is mainly providing the OEM and ODM service for some high-end decorative ceiling fan brands in Europe and America. Taking into account the continuously expanding of consumption ability and constantly strengthening of environmental awareness by domestic people, S company is trying to develop the domestic sales of decorative ceiling fans by using her own brand.Taking S company as the research object, the integrated economics and business management theories and methods are applied in this paper. On basis of the systematic analysis of the development status and competition pattern of decorative ceiling fan industry in the world and Chinese market, by using the strategic management theory, the competitive advantage theory and the classical method of SWOT, systematically analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of S company and finally made a conclusion: although S company is advanced in management team and products quality, it is still weak in technological innovation and purchasing management; Constantly developing of global economic and improving of people's living standards, especially the dramatically developing of the domestic economy and increasing of customer's different demand, bring excellent opportunities for S company's development, but S company also has to face these threads of the fierce competition, the RMB appreciation, and the recent decline in spending power in Europe and America because of financial crisis.Based on the detailed analysis of the macro environment and industry environment of decorative ceiling fan industry, and the systematically analysis of S company's resources and capacity, from a global perspective and strategic point of view, helped S company to develop a practical strategy of specialization. In order to ensure the smooth realization of strategic objectives, the paper also offers eight strategies measures and matched strategic control program. S company will be finally succeed in two aspects: firstly through the strengthening of technological innovation and improving of OEM level, get more foreign orders, finally to be the most outstanding decorative ceiling fan supplier for foreign customers; the other hand, by shaping her own brand in domestic market, obtains constant competitive advantage, and eventually become the leader company in decorative ceiling fan industry in China.
