In 2010, ours PE profession became one which of professions most receives pays attention. Although Chinese PE obtained the rapidly expand, but occupies the development of the initial stage. It has the sources of fund to be limited. The fund scale is small, the management mechanism is unsatisfactory, the managerial talent is deficient, the efficiency is not high.
