Since the reforming and opening-up policy, Family-owned business in China has made rapid development, plays a fundamental role in promoting domestic economic growth, and becomes an important part of the national economy. In business start-up part, family-owned business management pattern apparently contributes to enterprise's rapid growth; however, with the constant expansion of family-owned business, this closed management style does not fit the sustainable development of family-owned business, family-owned business urgently need to strengthen the standardization and professional management to break the bottleneck of family management through the introduction of professional managers. However, the process of introducing professional managers to family-owned business is not easy. On the one hand, family-owned businesses are bothered that they can not find reliable professional managers; on the other hand, professional managers are bothered that they cannot find suitable family-owned business to show their talents. In this case, more family-owned businesses begin to make research and analysis for professional manager issues and difficulties from various aspects and give corresponding management recommendations. This analysis has both theoretical and practical significance.This thesis uses qualitative research, normative research and case study methods to illustrate the issues of introducing professional managers to the family-owned business from professional managers, and environmental perspectives. This thesis is divided into six sections:the first section is introduction, which propose the research; the second section reviews related theories of family-owned business and professional managers; the third section analyzes the problems between family-owned business and professional managers from multiple perspectives; the fourth section illustrates the problems of introducing professional managers to family through specific case studies; the fifth section proposes managerial suggestion for introduction of professional managers in family-owned business; the sixth section is the conclusion, which summarizes the thesis.
