Operation Decisions Study Of Inventory Financing Based On Symbiosis Theory

Supply chain financial services are gotten more and more attention for bringing more income for banks and logistics companies and effectively solving the shortage of liquidity for SMEs. Due to inventory financing is the most basic operational mode among the three categories, its good development and operation facilitates the parties to innovate more operation modes, therefore, inventory financing model becomes the focus of study. This paper study the win-win operation decisions with the logistics company involved from the logistics point of view.As a bridge loan between Banks and SMEs, logistics companies play an irreplaceable role in the business operation, precisely because of the involvement of logistics companies which makes this business develop smoothly and rapidly. The development of logistics industry plays a supporting role for the development of this business. But now the operation of the logistics business is still in an inferior position, the co-operation between logistics companies and banks has yet to be further developed. This paper study the key operational decision of inventory financing business with the participation of logistics companies business, I hope the logistics companies can better participate in the operation of the business while develop themselves well to improve overall economic efficiency.Firstly, the paper overviews the current related research of inventory financing in domestic and international, and analyzes its concepts and the specific operation modes to understand the research and operation status of inventory financing, then further describes the key risk points and risk control measures in inventory financing business, emphasizes the important role of logistics companies in the whole business operation. The paper applies symbiosis theory to analyze the current cooperation situation for all parties in inventory financing business. As China's economic system does not allow mixed operation, the integrated operational mode would not appeared, the best symbiosis model is continuous and symmetry benefit model, but the current existing cooperation model is still mainly continue and non-symmetrical mutualism for environment, cooperation partners development as well as other factors.Secondly, the paper establishes the analysis framework for analyzing symbiosis factors and the framework for analyzing the impact on the symbiotic profits. Analyze symbiotic factors how to affect symbiotic benefits from the symbiotic interface, the relationship among symbiotic elements, and symbiotic environment aspects, further analyze symbiotic benefit for three parties and the impact on them. All the effect will be showed on the different decisions, and the changes of decision-making variable will eventually change the co-operation return, all the parties make decisions which promote the co-evolution to get further development.Finally, the paper conducts quantitative analysis, builds the operational decision-making model based on the above analysis, and solved the model, the results of each parameter is given, then conducts numerical analysis on this basis to demonstrate the validation of the model, and further based on the impact of various variables considerate further development proposals.
