Chain management is a kind of modern commercial organization and a mode of operation. Since 1980s, chain operation in China has experienced rapid development, and has become a mainstream of Chinese commercial and retail business model. Meanwhile, China's huge consumption potential of construction materials attract more and more domestic and international enterprise, many small and medium-sized enterprises have to take part in the competition in economic globalization. Under the situation of internationalization and the strict competition in domestic market, the only way for the small enterprises is to improve their business competitiveness. And in the fierce competition in the first-tier cities, small and medium-sized building materials circulation enterprises may, find a grotesque for enterprise actual circumstance of the road of development are important and urgent. This paper takes JiaTianXia building materials supermarket in fujian as the study object of small and medium-sized building materials circulation enterprise, and uses strategic management theory and the circulation of commodities theory to analysis and discuss the development of the industry history and the resource capacity of JiaTianXia company. The author's idea is to give some advices and suggestions for JiaTianXia's future strategy and way of development.
