| ABSTRACT:Copper metallurgy city is one kind of a large number of resource-based cities that China owns. They have played an important role in economic development of our country. Because of economic system and market demand changing, lots of problems have appeared in the developing process of copper metallurgy city. In copper industry chain of copper metallurgy city, structure is single, resource utilization is low, pollution is serious. These problems have reduced the city competitiveness and restricted the development of copper metallurgy city. It is an important issue to avoid the decline of copper industry chain and realize the sustainable development of copper industry chain.This paper adopts system dynamics to analyze the structure and function and establish system dynamics model of copper industry chain. Then research data of Tongling is used in the model and the validity of the model is tested. We predict the parameters of the model and simulate the model to 2015. The simulation results of the model are analyzed and the problems of original developing model are pointed out. Subsequently, this paper proposes four measures to improve the original development model such as increasing the proportion of copper processing and intensity of utilization of by-products and waste. To determine the validity of these measures, this paper changes the model parameter values and analyzes the improvement in economic and environmental indicators of the copper industry chain caused by these measures quantitatively. |
