Research On Evaluation On Growth Of Companies Listed On GEM

So far, the competition among businesses is becoming more and more intense, and more and more companies focus on the company's growth gradually. With the launch of Growth Enterprise Market(GEM) in China, growth has been attracted by more and more companies, it is especially important to analyze companies'growth. Through analyzing the growth of companies listed on GEM, so as to improve comprehensive strength and sustainability of companies listed on GEM, and ensure the stable development of GEM further more as well.In this thesis, companies listed on GEM as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the profile of listed companies on GEM, this thesis defines the growth of companies listed on GEM and identifies its influencing factors, and then evaluates the growth of companies listed on GEM, meanwhile, according to the evaluation results, putting forward specific measures for the growth of companies listed on GEM. According to the actual situation of companies listed on GEM, first of all, this thesis describes the overall development status of companies listed on GEM from different aspects, finding that companies'overall development is uneven and the overall R & D capability is weak and so on; Secondly, based on the previous content, this thesis defines the growth of companies listed on GEM, and recognizes the influencing factors of the growth of companies listed on GEM from companies' external environment and internal elements, moreover, proposing evaluating indicators of the growth of companies listed on GEM, and establishing index system of evaluation of companies'growth listed on GEM by using cluster analysis method to filter the indicators; Thirdly, this thesis uses entropy method to evaluate the growth of companies listed on GEM, and selects companies listed on GEM which have better growth and companies in NASDAQ market with same size and same industry, analyzing the growth of these companies based on the evaluation results, the results show that the growth of companies listed on GEM remains to be further improved; Finally, according to evaluation results, this thesis takes specific measures of improving the growth of companies listed on GEM, and these suggestions include that responding the changes to national macroeconomic policies and products and technology in the external environment timely, enhancing companies'core competence, improving companies'internal management structure and management efficiency and so on.On the analysis of related content of the growth of companies listed on GEM, this thesis constructs index system of evaluation of the growth of companies listed on GEM in different sectors, and these sectors include companies'industrial aspect, solvency, operation capability, profitability and development capability, and comprehensive competence. Meanwhile, this thesis uses entropy method to evaluate the growth of companies listed on GEM, and analyzes companies'growth in different countries, proposing specific measures which attempt to improve the companies'competitive strength and promote its development further.
