Research On The Evaluation Of Growth Of Shenyang's High-tech Enterprises

The growth of High-tech enterprises is the core issue of studying high-tech enterprises, while the evaluation of growth is the key to study the growth problem of High-tech enterprises. Growth is not only related to the survival of high-tech enterprises, but also the concern of countries and the majority of investors. The growth condition of high-tech enterprises, to some extent, reflects Shenyang enterprises' overall development level and potential for future economic growth. Therefore, the research on the evaluation of high-tech enterprises'growth has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the author mainly considers the internal factors that affect the growth of high-tech enterprises, establishes the evaluation index system from four aspects of independent innovation ability, enterprise-scale capacity, human resource capacity and enterprise management capacity. This paper selects the objective valuation method, that is entropy value method, to determine index weight. Combining with the thought of Analytic Hierarchy Process, the author selects grey comprehensive evaluation method to conduct sysmatic evaluation on 152 high-tech enterprises.Besides, the author points out the factors which affect the growth of high-tech enterprises in Shenyang through in-depth analysis about the general situation, independent innovation ability, enterprise-scale capacity, human resource capacity and enterprise management capacity. Low R & D investment, few authorized patents, small ratio of R & D personnel, less training investment, lack staff members with post-graduate degree or above and so on are found,which affect the growth of high-tech enterprises in Shenyang. Finally, countermeasures and suggestion that promote healthy development of High-tech enterprises in Shenyang, which include the improvement of the relevant policies,the creatation of favorable environment,establishment of channels for financing, building of talent mechanism and implemention of intellectual property strategy, are presented.
