Construction Of Enterprise Culture: Case Study At JingZhou Transmission And Distribution Project Company

Based on the further study of the processes and effects of enterprise culture construction at JingZhou Transmission and Distribution Project Company, a concrete method which made enterprise culture effective at JingZhou was summarized. Some relevant concepts and theories were used and a comparison with other company was executed at this study. The main purpose of this study is to provide some useful reference for other company about their construction of enterprise culture, meanwhile, based on the analysis of internal and external business environment at JingZhou, some problems about culture construction were pointed out and some constructive improvement measures were suggested.The text structure of this study could be divided into six parts. (1) the problem which would be settled was pointed out, (2) some basic contents, properties, effects and construction methods of enterprise culture were introduced, (3) some basic situation about JingZhou, main contents, processes and effects of the construction of enterprise culture at JingZhou were described, (4) based on the comparison with HuaWei, HaiEr, some effective measures about enterprise culture construction at JingZhou were summarized, (5) according to analyze the challenges and problems which JingZhou would faced, deficiency and improvement measures were indicated, and (6) a summarize of this study was executed.According the analysis of the construction of enterprise culture at JingZhou, some instructions were obtained. During the construction of enterprise culture, torchbearers should play a critical role. The rule of all staff participation and human-oriented should be emphasized. The adoption of the essence of traditional culture and industrial characteristics should be paid more attention. Some measures, for example establishing advanced character, carrying out ritual activity, learning from state-owned enterprise, would be useful to make it implement effectively. Specially, by means of figurative property, the effects of the construction of enterprise culture would be more efficiently.
