The corporation culture rose in the 80s of the 20th century and was developed in the 90s of the 20th. It spread to our country only a short period of time 20 years. From the perspective of the development of corporation culture, our corporation culture construction is still at an early stage now. However, the importance of corporation culture has become increasingly recognized by businesses. As a result, domestic public enterprises have begun corporation culture construction, especially in the power industry, for a time the corporation culture construction in the industry surging. But we must face the fact that the corporation culture can not be built in one day, it need a sensible and gradual process. With the increasing emphasis of the companies on the corporation culture construction, corporation management starts to focus on culture management. Through the establishment of enterprise survival and development of appropriate corporation culture, making it to be an inexhaustible motive force for enterprise development.The purpose of this research is through the meaning of corporation culture and its role in the enterprise management areas such as analysis, summarized to explore the corporation culture construction, the cultural management, and the basic contents and development ideas, thus integrate the content on the four management of corporation culture, corporation management, corporation culture management and corporation culture construction together, to enrich and improve the management theory of enterprise culture, thus raise the corporate brand image and employee's "6senses", to stimulate innovative talents and creative abilities, and to enhance the credibility of enterprise and the"3 degrees"customers to the enterprise.When it comes to the power industry enterprises, there are a couple of difficulties will be mainly addressed, which one is combining culture management to the enterprise management, the other is that how to co-ordinate enterprise culture management the building of enterprise culture. therefore, Main research contents are as follows;First of all, View of the independent and the lack of systemic issues about the current building of enterprise culture and business management, based on the relationship between Research enterprise management and corporate culture, this paper puts forward to the Closed-loop promotion model of the enterprise culture management, namely including the building of enterprise culture, corporate culture communication, and corporate culture assessment in modern Electric Power Industry. The building of enterprise culture, as a core element of corporate culture management, should be concerned particularly.Secondly, a functional model of Enterprise Culture Management in Enterprise Management has been used to describe the status and importance of Enterprise Culture Management. The idea that Enterprise Culture Management is one of the basics of Enterprise Management has been brought up through the research of new thoughts of management.Thirdly, systematically analyzed the executive mode of the construction of Enterprise Culture. Divided Enterprise Culture Management into four stages: survey of the enterprise culture, enterprise spiritual culture construction, enterprise behavioral culture construction and enterprise image culture construction. Detailed analysis of the principles, contents and methods of construction in each stage have been presented.In this paper, the corporate culture of management theory system was carried out in a hydropower general plant in Sichuan, achieving the expected good results, and fully proved that the corporate culture of management system in the usefulness and applicability of power enterprises.
