Research On Inter-organizational Technological In Strategic Situation Base On Patent Citation

Under the background of economic globalization, the competition between businesses has become mainly lie in IPR. For now, foreign multinational companies have made great profits from the patent invention, patent application, patent license and assignment of the patent right. To be patent has creativity, novel and useful features; patent information has become the important sources for enterprise scientific research achievement and development new product. Through the analysis on the patent information, which could learn about the enterprise technology development level and strength, and could be used in the competitive intelligence research, and could make patent information transform into valuable intelligence.This study is about the Intel and AMD patent application, discusses how to use the patent information to lead the market development and win market opportunities; Using the statistical method, thoroughly analyzed the original patent data, make it into valuable intelligence. Through the patent of rival analysis of the data, let's take Intel for example, G06F-012, H01L-021 are the basic technology; in order to looking for its relatively basis and key technology; for AMD H01L-021 is the basic technology. Further analysis of the results showed that H01L-021/02 is they concern technical areas. Its highly cited patent analysis, looking for the comparatively valuable technology of the company. Analysis of main rival patent cited situation, we can be seen that "General purpose programmable platform for acceleration of network infrastructure applications for enterprise\Electronic apparatus for providing advertisements to end uses" are the technological superiority for Intel. The technical advantage of AMD is "High performance, uses programmable gate array". Looking for its technical advantages, in order to estimate its under certain technical fields of influence and core competitiveness.
