Jinzhou Petrochemical Company Motivation System Research

Now in the 21st century, with much keener competition between companies, the key important thing is talented person in the development of companies. It has gradually become the important element of company competition. Now attracting and cultivating talented person has been well recognized. And scientific and comprehensive motivation system produces significant effect on it. How to design it? We need further do the research. This paper discussed and searched on this question combined with actual situation.Through the method of the integrated use of documentary study, inductive analysis and case study analysis, commenced from relevant motivation system theory and combined the actual situation of the company, the paper investigated deeply the problem and deficiency exists in the Jinzhou petrochemical company and discoursed relevant issues of improved design systematically. At the beginning, the paper wrote about the human resource situation and the enterprise strategic target, exposited the existing problems on the motivation system of the company, and made investigations on motivated elements & staff satisfaction to the company. Then combined the motivation system with the actual situation, it made improved design on the pay system, performance management, training systems and corporation culture, which the staff considered important. At the end, it cleared up the scientific comprehensive motivation system. Meanwhile, for the purpose of ensuring the sufficient application of the system, it proposed suggestions on the implement.The topic has the significance certainly to the development of Jinzhou petrochemical company. Under such the situation, establishing the scientific comprehensive motivation system is impeditive. With the system, it is more helpful to motivate the staff efficiently, apply the active, initiative and creativity sufficiently to work, fulfill the enterprise strategic target. And I hope I could devote to the development of my company--- Jinzhou petrochemical company by proposed my own view and opinion through the analysis on the motivation system of the company combined with long-time experience at work.
