Enterprise Motivation System Design

The thesis advanced importance of employee's motivation because employees in enterprise worked in low efficiency and their ability and potential cannot exert. Eastern motivation theory is the base of the thesis.In this thesis material motivation and spirit motivation are mainly dealt with. Based on deep analysis and research, enterprise motivation system design is advanced. Its core ,the performance evaluation is deeply researched. First, the investigation into the enterprise motivation with AHP is made .Second, foundation of reasonable reward system is laid ; Third, system ation of scientific employee performance evaluation is set up; Fourth, competitive system of employee employing is processed. Fifth, design of competitive employee career is made. Sixth, all motivation system is set up. Enterprise motivation system is built to exert employee positivity and boost up the enterprise competition.The content stated mainly in this thesis include five chapters. The first chapter is the summary of the thesis;The second chapter is research on eastern motivation .The third chapter is research of material motivation; The fourth chapter is research on spirit motivation; The fifth chapter is design and appliancation of motivation system, Finally, the motivation policy for Qingdao Kohap company is designed.
