In recent years,along with the rapid development of national economy,information technology advances, and the rapid increase demand, it will force a the appearance of industrial clusters.It promotes a scale, structure and information system of logistics, and appeares the integration of industrial cluster and the couple of logistics.In cluster of the logistics,logistics enterprises can reveal the number, small scale, extreme scattered and competition mess, which many enterprise will focus on the logistics resource integration and the realization of the optimal scheduling logistics resources two aspects.Through the INTERNET,so many logistics in the form of cluster agent provide logistics services the way, this way also gradually became a new kind of logistics service mode.In this paper, under the background of logistics clusters especially discusses logistics resource integration model, management mechanism and realization method.Through the real-time database technology and SOA(Servioe Orienied Architecture) technology, for enterprise among autonomous, heterogeneous, varied and dynamic logistics information resources store, retrieve, integration analysis, finally realizes the logistics information resource share.Here we through improved K-Means algorithm divide cluster region into several small distribution area. In each distribution area complete the distribution vehicle scheduling problem-VRP(Vehicle Routing Problem)problem.then will the actual problem abstract into the unloaded with time windows model-VRPTW(Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows) problem.As everyone knows,VRP problem is strong NP(Non-deterministic Polynomial) problem,it don't need precisely get the optimal solution.Considering the heuristic algorithm fast, flexible characteristics.In this paper, using an improved genetic algorithm for solving the above problems and analyzing experimental data. Ultimately it through case test and verify experimental results.
