Logistics vehicle scheduling problem means: under the conditions of a given transport, how select vehicles, how organize cycle transport, to make the least mileage and the lowest cost of transport. At present, the majority of logistics enterprises in our country are in the circumstances that the distribution of transport resources is uneven, the arrangement for distribution route is unreasonable, and the waste of capacity resources is serious. The lack of the optimization vehicle scheduling programs is one of the important factors causing this situation. Therefore, the research on logistics vehicle scheduling problem has important practical significance.At present, more research has been done on the closed one-depot scheduling problem, but less research on opened multi-depot scheduling problem, and opened multi-depot scheduling problem has a strong application background. A flexible multi-objective optimization model for opened multi-depot vehicle scheduling problem is established in this paper.The common chromosome encoding scheme for opened multi-depot scheduling problem is designed, and the description for cross and mutation operation is in detail. The model can conveniently increase or decrease the number of optimization objective. The given test case verified the feasibility of the optimization model and genetic algorithm used in the multi-depot and multi-objective opened vehicle scheduling problem in logistics distribution. The design of the vehicle-scheduling strategy in the export of AS/RS is a key issue of vehicle-scheduling in logistics distribution. Good scheduling strategy can significantly reduce the time of loading in the export of AS/RS. So dynamic priority theory is introduced, and made an in-depth research and analysis for the vehicle-scheduling strategy of the export of AS/RS using this theory. The vehicle-scheduling strategy of the export of AS/RS based on the dynamic priority is presented, the resources monitoring system of the export of AS/RS-the vehicle scheduling system of the export of AS/RS is designed, The vehicle scheduling strategy of AS/RS is Optimized and the efficiency of loading in the export of AS/RS is effectively improved.The multi-objective combinatorial optimization models and the genetic algorithm design programs made in this paper can effectively reduce the delivery time of logistics. The optimized vehicle scheduling strategy and the vehicle scheduling system of the export of AS/RS can effectively reduce the time of loading in the export of AS/RS. In this paper, these two kinds of vehicle scheduling problem of logistics distribution are researched, they can greatly improve the efficiency of the time of loading and distribution in logistics and reduce logistics costs.
