| Conservation and sustainable use of resources has been a common problem faced by countries in the world. Land resources, for human, as the most important natural resources, its reasonable management not only related to present people's production and life, but also to the survival and development of future generations. How to achieve effective protection of cultivated land resources became the focus of scholars from various countries. Many practices of domestic and international have proved that the economic compensation mechanism for cultivated land preservation is an effective way to avoid a decline in number and quality of cultivated land.Many studies of economic compensation mechanism for cultivated land preservation focus a macro, regional mechanism construction, however, lacking of relevant analysis about microcosmic mainstay's behavior discrepancy. The microcosmic mainstay especially farmers is the most direct executives of cultivated land preservation, reasonable guide and motivate their preservation notion really is a sustainable source. Build feasible micro operation mechanism really is a feasible method to realize benign operation of cultivated land preservation.In this dissertation, under such related background, PRA, Logistic model, Probit model, CVM, method of quantitative analysis of livelihood assets and gray relational analysis method are employed; selected ecologically fragile areas of three gorges reservoir (chongqing section) including nine counties and take zhongxian for key example; investigated the economic, social and ecological conditions of hundreds different peasant households; quantitative portrayed farmers'overall demand of cultivated land preservation in the research area; estimated rational range of economic compensation standard in economic compensation of cultivated land preservation; designed the different cultivated land preservation economic compensation mode, and put forward the corresponding solutions. Literature Review. Referring to the related literature inside and abroad and summing up about the mechanism of cultivated land preservation and economic compensation mechanism for cultivated land preservation.Chapter3. The mechanism construction of cultivated land preservation mechanism, representation and challenges.This part introduces current cultivated land preservation of China, summarizes the basic characteristics of cultivated land preservation and the challenges.Chapter4. Demand analysis of economic compensation mechanism for cultivated land preservation. Household survey revealed the mechanism of cultivated land preservation for their overall demand, MNL model are employed to analyse three cases, farmers do not need economic compensation for cultivated land preservation, need partly economic compensation and need full economic compensation, come to the degree of different factors.Chapters. Determine the standard of economic compensation for cultivated land preservation.CVM was employed to assess the WTP and WTA of farmers and citizens for non-market value of cultivated land in ecologically fragile areas of three gorges reservoir, and to estimate the total cultivated land non-marke value and the roughly range of compensation-standard.Chapter6. Differential modes of economic compensation for cultivated land preservation were design. This part adopted Participatory rural-appraisal (PRA) to explore the difference of farmers'livelihood assets. Quantitative analysis framework of household livelihood assets of hexagon are constructed; through Gray relation analysis model and Probit regression analysis, the existence and influential degree of coupling relationship between the divergence of household livelihood assets and compensation pattern selection were analyzed. Furthermore, differential patterns of economic compensation for farmland protection were design.Chapter7. Conclusions and prospects. This part summarized the conclusion of this study, and put the further forecast to future research. |
