Research On Eco - Tourism Development In Ecologically Vulnerable Area From The Perspective Of Value

With the vigorous development of tourism industry, environmental degradation gets more and more serious. Recently, ecotourism becomes one of tourism development directions. The essence of ecotourism is to maintain harmonious development between nature and people, and pursue the eco-system balance. Ecotourism’s goal is to realize the sustainable development and reduce or eliminate the negative impact on the destination environment. Meanwhile, the development of eco-tourism can bring destination economic and social benefits increasing, which has made ecotourism one of the emerging forms of tourism. Northern Shaanxi belongs to ecologically fragile areas, and developing eco-tourism is one of the essential means to achieve its sustainable development. So, it is urgent to study the eco-tourism planning in Northern Shaanxi.On the one hand, the main method of the northern Shaanxi ecotourism planning are restricted to the sustainable development theory, ecological protecting principles, the life cycle theory and community theory, which lack of innovation; on the other hand, the value and the value relationship run through the whole process of tourism planning, which makes the eco-tourism planning process becoming a process of value delivery. Based on this, this study will introduce the value theory to the northern Shaanxi ecotourism planning. In the perspective of the value analysis, it makes a targeted research on the northern Shaanxi eco-tourism system, constructs the value analysis framework of northern Shaanxi, and applies it into Yan’an JieToumiao ecotourism planning.The purposes of this study are to introduce the value theory to the northern Shaanxi ecotourism planning, construct the value analysis framework, and then provide a theoretical basis and guidance for eco-tourism in northern Shaanxi planning.The main conclusions of this study:(1) Based on ecology, eco-tourism is a new model, which focuses on environmental education, eco-tourists environmental responsibility improving, promotes tourism sustainable development.(2)Northern Shaanxi ecotourism system is full of complexity and diversity, which can be analyzed from four dimensions and six elements. Four dimensions include subject, object, nature and society; six elements involve eco-tourists, ecotourism operators, eco-tourism destination community, eco-tourism facilities and eco-tourism resources. They contact closely, restraint mutually and exist with the common value. Among them, the eco-tourism value of the object meets the needs of eco-tourism body with its property characteristics.(3)In the aim of achieving tourism sustainable development, environmental protection, ecological tourist value realization and community development, and the guidance of sustainable development and ecological protection philosophy, eco-tourism planning is a dynamic process, which takes a series of measures to use eco-tourism resources effectively, distributes space industries rationally, and makes the eco-tourism products well-designed.(4) In the value perspective, northern Shaanxi ecotourism planning can be divided into four areas:value judgments, values development, value realization and value evaluation. Value assessment is also reflected in other sectors, which used to examine, make feedback and correct northern Shaanxi eco-tourism planning process. JieToumiao Ecotourism planning should pay attention to the natural products, the protection of the ecological environment, and the increase of community participation.The innovation of this study:(1)The value analysis is introduced to the eco-tourism planning in northern Shaanxi for the first time, which enriches the northern Shaanxi ecotourism planning methods.(2)Based on the value analysis, eco-tourism planning in northern Shaanxi is divided into four progress:value judgments, value development, value realization, and value evaluation.
