With more and more serious competition in the market of telecom industry, consumers' requirement and operation market have varied a lot, which changed the living environment of telecom operators and brings new challenges to the development of Chinese telecom operators and market management. At present, distribution channels, especially social distribution channels have been one of the most important resources and competing measures. Up to now, telecom operators have realized the importance for company development and have spent more to social distribution channels. On the management of social distribution channels, however, there are still problems in the mode and management of social distribution channels. In the aspects of commission and control management especially, there are problems such as low efficiency as to commission execution and channels conflicts.This paper adopts the methods of literature review, data analysis and expert interview. On the bases of internal and external research review, this thesis analyzes the development of social distribution channels for Chinese telecom operators, and follows investigations on the operation data of social distribution channels for one of the three telecom operators. This thesis selects XX province as the representative, and analyses the management condition, especially in the commission and control management, of social distribution channels. This paper analyses the reasons of the problems and comes up with feasible suggestions and strategies.Researches of this thesis are helpful to analyze the problems and find reasons as to commission and control management of social distribution channels. The analysis of this paper is of importance to improve the management and operation performance for telecom companies, and of value to consummate the theory of telecom company marketing channel management.
