The revenues of the Telecom value-added services will become an important source of the Telecom operator's profits. The situation that the revenue of the voice is the main income of the telecom operators will be changed in 3G times. Types of telecom value-added services will become more abundant. The subjects who operate telecom value-added services will become more abundant. The distribution of the telecom value-added services'profit have became the focus.The research carried out the literature review of the supply chain concept, the profit distribution of the supply chain, telecom value-added services and the profit distribution of telecommunications value-added supply chain. The research identified the research object and research methods from the literature review. The research subject is the distribution of the telecom value-added services' supply chain profit between the SP and telecom operator. The research established the models of the telecom value-added services' supply chain profit distribution based on stackelberg Game Model. Based on the results in the calculation of the models, the research analysis how the different dominants between SP and telecom operator and how the competition between multiple followers impacts the supply chain profit distribution.The research verified the rationality of the models by case study and prospects the proposed of the research.
