Research On The Establishment Of Institutional Guarantee For Integration Of Informationization And Industrialization

With the background of being at medium stage of industrialization and the global information-based tide is spreading out all over the world, China, as a developing country, should take the latter development advantage to integrate informationization and industrialization, and realize economical leap-over development. The report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "we will develop a modern industrial system, integrate informationization and industrialization, push our large industries to grow stronger". The "integration of informationization and industrialization" has become our new economic development strategy in the future.However, the theoretical research on informationization and industrialization at home often lags behind practice, the integration of informationization and industrialization, especially it's institutional guarantee, is rarely chosen as a research topic. But, institution is the core element in economic activities. Besides technical support, changes in the mode of development also needs all-round support of series of measures, such as laws, policies and institutions. Establishing appropriate policies and institutions is the precondition for realizing the integration of informationization and industrialization.Therefore, based on the previous studies on industrialization, informationization and institutions, this paper analyzes the integration of informationization and industrialization, the relationship between institution and economic development, and the institutional obstacles of the integration, then presents comprehensive policy proposals on the institutional guarantee's establishment for the integration of informationization and industrialization.
