Research On The Problems In The Development Of Promoting Industrialization With Informationization In Xinjiang

China,in the midst of industrialization,is now confronted with double challenges of fulfilling industrialization and promoting informationization.It's an unavoidable choice for China to take a new path of industrialization which means promoting industrialization with informationalization and promoting the informationalization with industrialization and combining each other to realize modernization of our national economy.Under the circumstance of informationization and globalization,as one of the important provinces in the development of the West Regions,Xinjiang is faced with the double duties of accelerating industrialization and informationization.This paper aims to how to seize the opportunity of informationization,combine informationization with industrialization,promote industrialization with informationization to optimize and upgrade economic structure of Xinjiang and change Xinjiang from province depending on resources to economy.Based on the research of the related theories of industrialization, this paper did research for the status of promoting industrialization with informationization of Xinjiang. From the status of Xinjiang information industry, industrialization and promoting industrialization with informationization this paper analyzes problems and reasons in the development of promotinginformationization with industrialization based on the relationship between informationization and industrialization. This paper concludes that the old-fashioned concept of the decision-makers of the enterprises seriously affects promotion of traditional industrial informationization, low development of information service accounts for the low efficient service of information resource for industrial enterprises, hard to finance of small enterprises leads to the slow development of informationization of industrial enterprise,lack of talents of informationization is the bottleneck of promoting industrialization with informationization of Xinjiang.Accordingly,this paper puts forward several countermeasures includingupgrading the traditional industry and promoting informationization in enterprises, altering the way of development of tradition industry, changing pe ople's concept, strengthing the consciousness of informationization, accelerating the fully use and exploitation of information resource, improving theservice efficiency for industrial enterprises, developing information industry to accelerate the development of industrialization, depending on the compound informationization talents to promote industrialization with informationization to develop the main industry and the construction in specialeconomic reign in Xinjiang.
