Germany’s Industry 4.0 strategyand China’s information and industrialization depth fusion strategyare similar to a great extent. They bothregardthe improvement of the level of information and intelligence in industrial procedure as the ultimate target.The foundation of information and industrialization Depth fusion strategy is the information technology and industrial technology. The procedure includes fusion of information technology and industrial products, information products and industrial products, information products and traditional industrial business, and information technology and traditional industrial business. Such procedure makes the boundary between products and business obscurely, which leads to industry fusion and new industry. The model of social value, economics operation, and economics increase change with such procedure. This procedure is not only decided by the fusion of information and industry, but also the company level, market requirement and government support.In this work, the necessity of deeply fusion of information and industry, and the relationship between industry 4.0 and the fusion are proposed. By analyzing the essence and core of industry 4.0, we obtain the priority target and key strategy. By the concept of industry 4.0, we are inspired to run the fusion of information and industry. According to the connotation and relationship of the fusion of information and industry, mechanism and content are cleared. We also discussed the challenge based on the foundation and development of the fusion of information and industry in China.According to the theory and methodsandbased on industry 4.0 strategy thought, studieson the information construction of an industrial enterprise are carried out. Then theinformation and industrialization fusionconstruction project of the enterprise is constructed. Through analyzing the current informationization situation of the industry enterprise, the problemsin information management of the enterprise is proposed and the overall planning requirements of the enterprise are designed based on industry 4.0 thought.Through setting specific planning objectives and combining the planning ideas proposed, planning principles and application strategies are proposed. In the practice of information and industrialization fusion of the enterprise, the method and strategy of information practice are defined based on the construction plan and information application architecture and multi business process information data structure of the enterprise is proposed. Through specific information and industrialization fusion deployment distributed application solutions, industrial process informatization infrastructure construction plan and specific implementation plan are given. Finally, the potential risks in the construction of information and industrialization depth fusion are analyzed and the experience and revelation are given.
