Globalization as brought about fundamental changes such as the competition. That's why, in this context of competition, we should develop and undertake strategic action, to face the challenges of globalization.Globalization stays an irreversible reality with regard of which the company must reform its prerogatives and redefine its objectives.Globalization or the phenomenon of globalization has been largely responsible for profound changes experienced by the companies and their strategic conceptions. The company nowadays is having global ambitions to gain an overall competitive advantage which is not sufficient in itself but which is always raised by detection and exploitation of new opportunities for value creation.The company as an entity is weighty and fundamental for the understanding of the competitive environment. The analysis and identification of the phenomenon "enterprise" are inseparable from the concept of competition and from the understanding the competitive environment.This search project is focus in behavior of companies in era of globalization and competitiveness. The Republic of Guinea, despite being a country with many potential resources, is still unable to successfully face global competition. That's why, considering the constraints of globalization and the necessity to construct a global presence by the research of competitiveness, we have chosen to carry on this research project in the field of strategic design and the current trends of the strategic action in era of mega-competition, so that we can find solutions that Guineans enterprises should analyze and apply in order to strengthen themselves and face the mega-competition.Strategy and competition concepts are tied by the bond of search of competitiveness.That's what we will try to explain throughout this writing:linking the phenomenon of "enterprises" to its competitive environment that expanding towards globalization, demonstrate the importance of strategic action in its design, highlight the evolution of international strategy and the importance of the competitive aspect in the strategic option.
