A Study Of The Appraisal On Risk In Collaborative Innovation Between Zhejiang Local Enterprises And Multinational Corporations

Technological innovation is the core of competitive advantage. In recent years, with the development of local enterprises in Zhejiang, multinational corporations began to explore the possibility and the specific ways that collaborate with local enterprises to innovate, and local enterprises also could learn and improve their competitiveness in corporations.The innovative capability of local enterprises in Zhejiang was limited by a number of factors, such as shortage of ability of innovation, lack of innovation resources and experience of against the risks, so the cooperation with multinational companies to solve the bottleneck of Zhejiang problems has active role. Although the corporations reduce the difficulty of technological innovation and have brought new momentum for technological innovation, but information asymmetry and incompleteness of information systems also bring a huge risk to co-innovation. These risks will reduce the efficiency of collaborative innovation, and even bring unpredictable losses. Therefore, it is necessary to study the risks emerged in the process of collaborative innovation, and risk assessment is the prerequisite and core of risk management.In this paper, the cooperative innovation risk indicators system was establish and evaluated using of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for Zhejiang local businesses in order to be vigilant to avoid risks and improve the efficiency of cooperation and innovation.Firstly, on the basis of literature review about the risk of cooperative innovation, the content of cooperative innovation risk and formation mechanism was analysis. Then the status of innovation between Zhejiang local enterprises and multinational corporations was briefly described, and the current cooperative innovation risk factors were summarized by reading literature and summarize the survey.In this paper, the author made local enterprises and multinational companies in Zhejiang as the research object to establish the cooperative innovation risk indicators system, and evaluate this system using of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Finally, strategies and recommendations to avoid risks to improve the efficiency of collaborative innovation were proposed.
