The Analysis Of Ethical Issues Of Multinational Corporations

Economic globalization and integration have made the world economic ever closer, multinational corporations, as the main carriers of economic globalization, rapidly appears in all corners of the world. Made great contributions to the development of world economic through its foreign trade investment, international finance, and other business activities. With the rapid development of the China's economy, more and more multinational corporations begin to make an entrance into China. They brought in advanced technology,management concepts, but at the same time, multinational companies also made various ethical issues which affect the development of China's economic.In recent years, as multinational corporations and it'factory in china become more and more, problems caused by the labor standards are growing too. Such as employees in Apple being poisoned, strike in Honda and so on. Multinational labor standard have become one of the topics among the society. Labor relations are the basic social relationships during the social development and the way to handle labor relations exerts influence on a country's economic and social development, social stability and people's living standards. However, there is inevitable contradiction between the interests of both sides, predestined by the different interests pursuing of the opposite side in the labor relations. So the way to adjust the right of both sides has a close relation on human rights issue, social issues and even political issues. Therefore it guarantees for healthy development of the nation and private enterprises to establish good working relationships and reduce labor conflicts.The research center of this paper is the ethical issues of the multinational corporation labor standards, which is the most closely connected with the employees. This paper analyzes the questions in a combination of theory and practice way as follows:what is the ethic of multinational company? What are the problems of the multinational companies on labor standards? What's the reason? This paper attempts from two aspects-external environment and internal constraints, to normalize the labor standards of the multinational companies in China, protect the rights of the employees and promote the healthy development of economy and society.
