The Economic Disparity Between Different Regions Of China-An Analysis From The Permanet Income Perspectiv

The start of study regional economic disparity is selecting measuring index. However, this is a disputed field. Conventional research always selected index and collect data first. Then analyzed index to find out inscape of regional economic disparity or analyzed the factor who affect regional economic disparity most by condition constringency test. Lots of pursuers identified this consecution. But this index here worked temporarily. It could not be researched in-depth. This paper has different research logic from past. Index is the hinge and is selected carefully at the very past. A new compound index—permanent income is advanced in this paper. By forming a contrast with currently income, the astringency test of permanent income is taken to estimate the regional economic disparity, constringency or divergent among 1993 to 2008. Then apiece variable is researched to analyze its effect in the regional economic disparity development situation by clearing up the difference of variable in the permanent income one by one. At last, influenced factors of the variable are qualitatively analyzed.By the research above we can found that:First, index of currently income did not response the regional economic disparity of our country actually. Second, basis on the result of permanent income test, regional of our country has a weak constringency trend. Third, in the three variable of permanent income, base period income disparity has important effect to the regional economic disparity now and the future. It is an important influencing factor to regional economic disparity actuality. Economic growth rate disparity has leverage effect. It can enlarge the intrinsic disparity. It can also reverse the intrinsic trend. Disparity of survival probability also has definite fluency. But we need pay more attention on the connotation of survival probability.
