This paper mainly studies the impact of export and structure of exports on structure of employment and wage. Based on educational attainment, the structure of employment is divided into primary, secondary and higher education.On the basis of the relevant theory and domestic and international literature review, firstly this paper discuss the impact mechanism of export on employment, including the impact mechanism of exports on total employment, the impact mechanisms of the structure of exports on employment and the impact mechanism of exports on wage. Then I do some empirical studies on the impact of export and structure of exports on structure of employment and wage. Finally, on the basis of the results of comprehensive study, this article advances effective policy recommendations on how to improve our level of employment.Based on inter-provincial panel data to analyze the impact of exports and export structure (on the point of high-tech) on the employment of different educations. The empirical results show that the export and export of high-tech products have a negative impact on primary education and have a positive effect on secondary and higher education. Then based on the time series analysis to do further study of the impact of export and export structure on the wage of different educated people. The empirical results show that the export and export of high-tech products have a positive impact on the wage of primary, secondary and higher education in which the wage of higher education is the most affected, followed by secondary education, and then the primary education.To promote the improvement of employment levels, mainly the following recommendations:(1) Doing the targeted protection of labor-intensive industries to protect the lower employer. (2) Enhancing high-tech product export to promote the quality of employment. (3) Stimulating domestic consumption actively. (4) Adjusting the investment structure to achieve simultaneous growth of the economy and employment.
