China has been in WTO for five years, the International Trade and the Economy changed a lot, and the environment, the structure of employment also effected. Meantime, the old employment structure has not complied with the modern economy development; the fixed mode can not satisfied the need of labor liquidation which is caused by globalization. The modern employment structure is that, the different industries of one country are related according to the International Trade development and globalization. The different industries have their chains, and these chains cause the employment chains existing, and also cause the employment structure flexible. All these changes have modern meanings, and make the theory and practice together perfectly.This paper takes advantage of the advanced results of home and abroad, using the real numbers to analysis the relations between the International Trade of China and their employment structure, firstly, based on the research of the Chinese economic environment, the International Trade and the employment structure are effect to each other, secondly, the employment structure changed is definitely, from plane to solid, from fixed to flexibility, so that the human recourses can have a optimization placement in this new employment structure, last but not the lest, giving some methods to solve the problems which are in the employment structure at present, these make a lot of senses for the development of our International Trade and employment structure. The innovations of this paper are, firstly, creating the new definition of the Employment structure chain, secondly, bringing forward the flexible employment structure.
