Y Company is a state-controlled publically traded company-a leader in the logistics industry-is located in Guangdong Province. The company's future strategic development depends on it fostering the financial sector to become the primary decision makers.This essay is concerned with the financial analysis functions that has the most impact on decision making, utilizing case study methodology to analyze and address Y Company's main problems. These challenges are as follows:(1) Analysis is not enough variety and depth of analysis. (2) Analysis of a single.(3) Financial analysis does not give full play to the role of evaluation.(4) Analysis of the viewing angle open.According to the Harvard Analytical Framework Theory, Y Company's Financial analysis system will improve as follows:(1) Each type of analysis, Contains content from analysis of the financial statements alone expansion for the strategic analysis, accounting analysis, financial analysis and prospective analysis of four parts.(2) In addition to the analysis of existing species, the increased role of the company have early warning of financial risk analysis, implementation of the strategy of investing in the future assessment of capital operation.Also used in the Harvard analysis of frame theory of Cape Palepu Indicators Analysis, on the Y company with 2010 financial data with the industry leader in CSCL and COSCO comparative analysis to discuss the effectiveness of the new analysis system lies.This thesis is a theoretical framework based on the Harvard analysis of the financial analysis system, for preparing the establishment and improvement of corporate financial analysis system of universal reference value.
