From June 19,2010, the RMB exchange rate reform started again.It became a hot topic again, whether the RMB exchange rate reform and how to operate, the reform on what should go in the end, the economic circles at home and abroad to once again focused on the RMB exchange rate issues.From the perspective of comparative economic studies, by analyzing the history of the yen exchange rate changes proposed in the RMB exchange rate reform should pay attention to the problem, while the yen and the RMB exchange rate reform, a comprehensive analysis, to further explore the two countries of East Asia and Japan the possibility of monetary cooperation, to bring the whole of East Asia, as well as sustainable economic development in Asia.This paper describes China's comprehensive national strength with the continuous improvement of the RMB exchange rate changes.The historical evolution of RMB and the specific changes, introducing RMB widely used in Asia,and deepening regional influence, and describes the significance of the RMB rise in Asia.Secondly, the paper describes the history of the yen exchange rate changes, the analysis of the process of change to the yen in Japan and the impact of the global economy Drawing on the historical changes in the yen and the recent volatility on the basis of the experience, with the GARCH model.The current RMB exchange rate reform on RMB exchange rate reform process and analyze relevant issues and puts forward effective proposals to better promote the reform of RMB exchange rate.Finally, a unique feature of this paper, the two countries in the analysis of changes in currency exchange rates on the basis of an East Asian currencies to explore, and even the way the Asian monetary cooperation, the need for the two major countries in East Asia continue to deepen cooperation and coordination to explore a common currency for Asian countries form suitable for further cooperation in Asia currency reform and economic development.
