Influence Of RMB Appreciation On VANKE And Countermeasures

Recently, the influence of RMB appreciation on Chinese enterprises has become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars'concern. In reviewing the previous documents in and abroad, which more focus on import and export enterprises, while less on real estate enterprises. However, real estate is the pillar industry in China economic development. Based on this, the article selects the leading real estate enterprises in China -- Vanke Corporation as the research object to discuss the influence of RMB appreciation on Vanke Corporation and proposes related countermeasures to facilitate the real estate business develop healthily and makes benefits to the country and people.The article uses Western Economics, Real Estate Economics and econometrics theory as its guidance, theoretical analysis and demonstration, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as research means, to build the article framework through the analysis of internal and external circumstance of Vanke Corporation.Firstly, the article discusses the internal circumstance of Vanke, and analyzes Vanke as its competitive advantages and disadvantages.Secondly, the article reviews the progress of RMB appreciation and forecasts its trend. The article analyzes the relation between RMB appreciation and real estate price, based on the economics theory of supply and demand, and makes demonstration in the ways of correlation analysis, ADF test, cointegration test, error correction model and Granger causality test etc.. On the basis of the above study, the article studies further the opportunities of the appreciation of RMB on Vanke, including four aspects as company performance, finance, investment and foreign trade. Meanwhile, learning from the real estate foam appeared in Japan last century, the article also discusses the threat of RMB appreciation on Vanke by three parts as real estate regulation, real estate industry competition and real estate foam.Finally, based on the research of strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat of Vanke, the article proposes related countermeasures against the RMB appreciation to Vanke as the perspective on purchase, produce, sale, finance and human resource.The article has four characteristics:(1) introduces the real estate price as the intermediate for the influence research of RMB appreciation on Vanke. (2) theoretical analysis and demonstration.(3) qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. (4) refer the international experience. Taking the Japan's real estate foam lesson as the example, discuss the threat influence of the RMB appreciation on Vanke.
