The Research On Quick Response Capability Of The Supply Chain In Enterprise Cluster Environment

Along with modern civilization's passion of pursuit uncertain demand, companies, in the rapidly business world, always face two problems: one is the understanding of customers foremost; the other is how to use resources meeting customers'needs. Quick response, as a supply chain strategy, can respond to market diversification and environmental uncertainty by rapidly and effectively meeting customers'needs. And the diversity of products and technological resources in enterprise clusters provides conditions for the development of quick response. Therefore, the key issue, we have to face is how to use the rich resources of the cluster developing the supply chain's quick response capability.According to research ideas of"the definition of capacity– the composition of capacity– the evaluation of capacity– the cultivation of capacity", this dissertation contains four parts. The first part, summarizes the theory of enterprise clusters and quick response theory, analyses the characteristics and the quick response capability attributes of cluster supply chain organizational structure, and defines the supply chain's quick response capability in enterprise cluster. The second part, analyses the factors and composition of the supply chain's quick response capacity in enterprise clusters, in view of that there are many indicators and no uniform category in previous research. Which factors are divided into: the basis of the cluster network coordination; process integration; the level of information and logistics integration; customer demand-oriented, and capacity of divided: cooperation interoperability; integration construction and process control capacity; information management and logistics integrations capacity; customer demand-driven capacity. Again, on the basis of grounded theory, according to the scientific, systematic, leading, comparability, operability and developing principles, this part constructs the evaluation indicators of the supply chain's quick response capacity in enterprise cluster. And this dissertation evaluates quick response capability in the way of entropy and triangular fuzzy number combination, the weight of evaluation index in quick response has been determined, Combined with example of Huzhou garment model used to evaluate the experimental, the evaluation model is experimented and demonstrated to be valid. Finally, based on grounded theory and evaluation of research results, insisted on facing the reality, implementation, the dissertation has given some suggestions about how to develop the supply chain's quick response capability in enterprise cluster, such as: listening to the voice of the customer, constructing the operation of flexible production processes, establishing the strategic cooperative partnership.This dissertation has provided a set of complete and practical methods to define, identify and evaluate the supply chain's quick response capability in enterprise cluster, which riches and develops the theory of quick response capability. The proposed suggestions have provided decision-making ideas for developing the supply chain's quick response capability in enterprise cluster.
